Frequently Asked Questions
The diamonds on our website are stocked internationally and are specially priced to sell online.
However, our Diamond & Jewellery Experts can provide 360 Degree Magnified Videos of the actual diamonds, as well as Visual Appeal, Cut and Light Performance Analysis for any diamonds you're interested in.
360 degree, magnified videos are better than looking at diamonds with the naked eye, as you're getting a close-up look at the stone, and there's no deceptive lighting that hides poor quality colour and/or cut.
Also, our Diamond & Jewelry Experts (not "salesmen") will guide you through the whole process, providing expert advice, diamond recommendations and assistance to help you make a confident decision.

To ensure our customers receive a diamond that meets or exceeds their expectations, our diamonds are independently graded and certified by the largest, most respected, and strictest gem-labs in the world.
Even if you see a diamond at a jewellery store, a detailed diamond grading certificate from a respected, independent gemological laboratory (like GIA, IGI, AGS, EGL and HRD) is the only way to be sure the diamond you receive, is the same one you've purchased, and; that your diamond has been graded in accordance with the strictest international grading standards by an unbiased, reputable, and qualified independent third party.
You should NEVER by a diamond that's been graded "in-house" or by a local appraiser, whose opinion may be subject to bias or profit motives.

We do not purchase from the public. However, we could try to sell your diamond or ring, on consignment, through our Diamond & Jewellery Exchange.
You keep your diamond / ring with you, so you still have the option to sell it elsewhere. We just require a clear, legible scan of the grading certificate, along with any other documentation you have, and some flattering HD pictures of the item you wish to sell.
We then provide you with a recommended price we think we could sell your diamond or ring for. However, you can authorize us to sell your item at a lower price (for a quicker sale) or a higher price for extra profit.
