• Ring Re-Sizing Up or Down up to 2 Sizes (valued at $70 - $175).  ** Resizing not available for full band eternity rings, as eternity rings with a full band of diamonds cannot be re-sized.**
  
  
• Minor Repairs, like Damaged Mountings, Dents and Scratches (valued at $300 - $575).
  
  
• Cleaning and Repolishing Every 12 Months (valued at $65).
  
  
• Prong Tightening (valued at $30 - $60).
  
  
• Replacement of the 1st Round Pave Diamond within the 1st Year, if Lost (valued at $325 - $600).
  
  
• Minor Adjustments After Delivery, if Possible, Like Setting the Diamond Lower, Thinning the Band (valued at $160 - $295).
  

If there are any costs involved for repairs and/or design changes, your Diamond Exchange Diamond & Jewellery Expert will provide you with a quote and discuss all the formalities with you.

Please Note:

1. Delivery of the diamond ring / jewellery to our Toronto, Mississauga or Hamilton offices is required and is the customer’s responsibility. Any shipping costs are the responsibly of the customer.
   
   
2. Your receipt is your warranty and is required as proof of purchase.
   
   
3. A re-rhodium plating service is available; however it is not covered by our life-time warranty and costs CAD $88.50 (excl. tax).
   
   
4. Our life-time jewellery warranty is optional.
   
   
5. For custom-designed engagement rings and jewellery, our life-time warranty is included FREE.
